  • Travel to court and other appearances as required for case proceedings.
  • Actively participate in trials while maintaining exceptional client interaction.
  • Compose motions, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents with precision.
  • Prepare cases thoroughly for trial, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to represent clients' interests.
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the defense of workers' compensation cases.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the California State Bar and in good standing.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a diverse caseload of workers' compensation cases.
  • Strong litigation and trial experience.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.
