Typical Day as a Real Estate Tax Manager/Senior Manager:

- Provide tax advisory services for clients in the real estate industry
- Act as a firmwide resource for internal stakeholders and clients on real estate tax engagements
- Monitor and analyze new real estate tax developments
- Assist in the management and delivery of client projects
- Contribute to thought leadership, training, and webinars
- Develop business by expanding existing relationships and participating in professional organizations
- Ensure timely and accurate performance on assigned projects

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's in Tax or . with . preferred
- Valid CPA, EA, or . license
- 7+ years of tax experience with a focus on real estate
- Experience providing tax advisory services to real estate owners, developers, and investors
- Extensive experience with real estate transactions and complex tax issues
- Excellent communication, research, and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
