Position Summary:

Deloitte Tax LLP is seeking a Legal Business Associate - Senior to join their Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a team of passionate professionals and lead the way in legal technology transformation. As a Legal Technology Senior, you will contribute to the growth and success of Deloitte Tax LLP in various ways, including client management, delivery of services, developing innovative solutions, and more. This role requires the ability to work within a hybrid work model and travel up to 50% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Management: Participate in day-to-day interactions with clients and Deloitte project leadership members.
- Delivery: Optimize tax and legal processes, leveraging technology to align with clients' specific requirements and goals.
- Solutions: Develop and leverage automation and innovative solutions to increase efficiency in tax and legal departments.
- Support: Provide training and software support for day-to-day activities.
- Project Management: Assist with project management tasks, such as creating workplans, tracking budgeted time, and writing status reports.
- Cross Functional Teaming: Understand and articulate the broader practice and Deloitte overall.
- People Development: Participate in the development of team members.
- Business Development: Contribute to pursuit teams.

Deloitte Tax LLP's TTC practice helps tax departments achieve a streamlined, transparent, and efficient tax function that enhances compliance, reporting, and planning. As a Legal Business Associate - Senior, you will be part of a global network of professionals, combining tax technical and technology skillsets to provide a multi-disciplinary approach to clients' challenges.

Qualifications:

- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model.
- 3+ years of experience with legal and/or technology solutions.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with one or more of the following: Agiloft, SirionOne, Icertis, document extraction tools, data wrangling tools, and visualization/BI tools.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- One of the following accreditations obtained or in process: CPA, Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, PMP, CCM, CFA, PMI-ACP, CCMP, CBAP, Procurement/Legal Procurement, SAS Certified Data Scientist, Paralegal Certification, Six Sigma, MCSD, CSEP, CISSP-ISSAP, DocuSign, iCertis, Onit Product Suite, Conga CLM, Agiloft, Sirion Labs, Kira, Thomson Reuters, Wolters Kluwer Passport, Mitratech Team Connect, TAP.
- Advanced degree in relevant field preferred.
- Experience with template rationalization, playbook creation, and contracting processes design.

Salary Information:

The disclosed range estimate for this role is $80,920 to $184,210. However, compensation decisions are dependent on various factors, including skill sets, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate of the current range is provided, but it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Additionally, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
