The role requires managing internal and external client relationships, handling multiple files, and meeting deadlines.

Duties:

• Represent clients in commercial litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
• Manage discovery, including document production and review.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution methods.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on litigation-related matters.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on case strategy and tactics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• A minimum of 6+ years of litigation experience, with substantial trial experience, is preferred.
• Solid legal writing skills with the ability to draft clear and persuasive documents.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple files and prioritize competing deadlines.
• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.

Education and Certifications:
