A law firm in Greensboro, NC, is seeking a skilled Litigation Family Law Attorney to join their team. The candidate will proactively manage family law cases, provide superior customer service, and make improvement recommendations while ensuring adherence to performance metrics.

Duties:

• Proactively manage family law cases from initiation to resolution
• Provide exceptional customer service, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews
• Make improvement recommendations to practice managers for enhanced efficiency
• Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction using practice quality software
• Quickly learn new technical programs and software to enhance case management

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt
• 1st chair family law experience
• Licensed to practice law in the state of North Carolina
• 2-6 years of litigation experience
