The candidate will provide legal advice and counsel on US patent law, requiring strong patent application and preparation skills, along with a deep knowledge of patent law.

Duties:

• Draft and file patent applications.
• Prepare responses to Office Actions.
• Perform due diligence on intellectual property matters and transactions.
• Provide legal advice and counsel on US patent law.
• Conduct research and analysis related to patent issues.
• Collaborate with inventors and stakeholders to assess patentability and infringement risks.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of CA, NY, TX, or DC.
• Strong knowledge of patent law and patent applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in technology-related industries is a plus.
