The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively managing family law cases, providing exceptional customer service to clients, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the firm's practices.

Job Details:

• Proactively manage family law cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and effective legal representation.
• Provide superior customer service by maintaining regular communication with clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
• Make improvement recommendations to practice managers to enhance overall efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Utilize practice quality software to manage performance metrics, track accomplishments, and assess client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• Successful completion of the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
• 1st chair family law experience demonstrating the ability to lead and manage cases independently.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of California.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.

Certifications:

• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
