# Assistant District Attorney IV - K11 ## Overview Fulton County is seeking an Assistant District Attorney IV - K11 who will review, investigate, indict, and prosecute or resolve by plea felony criminal cases on behalf of the citizens of Fulton County. This position will function as an expert attorney, assigned specifically to the most serious, legally complex, high-profile, and significant felony and appellate cases in the County. Positions at this level function with significant autonomy, prosecuting upper-level felonies with very limited supervision. This position will also usually function in a lead capacity, assigned to oversee the work or caseload of a unit of attorneys or investigative and legal staff. ## Salary $118, - $177, Annually ## Qualifications * Juris Doctorate Degree required; supplemented by nine (9) years of experience as a practicing prosecuting attorney to include four (4) years lead or supervisory experience. * Must possess and maintain certification and licensure from the Georgia Bar Association. Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia driver's license. * Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in performance of the essential functions and learn, comprehend, and apply all county or departmental policies, practices, and procedures necessary to function effectively in the position.
