  • Structure, draft, review, and negotiate various IP-related agreements and contracts.
  • Provide support for the IP aspects of M&A transactions.
  • Serve a diverse client base ranging from emerging growth to Fortune 500 companies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations about IP transactions.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of relevant law firm experience, preferably with a nationally recognized or Mountain West-based firm.
