A well-established law firm in Irvine is currently seeking an Associate Attorney to become an integral part of their esteemed legal team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for legal professionals from diverse backgrounds, as the firm is dedicated to creating an inclusive and dynamic work environment. The Associate Attorney will play a critical role in the firm, communicating effectively with team members and external parties, drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents, and cultivating relationships with existing and potential clients.
Key responsibilities for this role include working as part of a team with colleagues of varying experience levels, routine client communication, and compliance with the firm's standard operating procedures. The successful candidate should have a working knowledge of transactional and litigation procedures, along with excellent legal drafting, writing, and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills, as well as proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, are essential for excelling in this role.
To be eligible for this position, candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree and specialization in law from an accredited institution by the American Bar Association. They should also be licensed to practice law in the State of California and Texas, in good standing with both the California and Texas State Bar. Licensing to practice law in the State of Arizona is preferred.
