Legal Counsel - Litigation:
- Responsible for performing and managing litigation activities in North America, including research, pleadings, motions, and appeals
- Develops and executes strategies to represent PayPal's interests in a cost-effective manner
- Establishes strong relationships with business counterparts and manages outside counsel
- Advises on litigation trends and changes in relevant statutes and regulations
- Reviews and analyzes agreements, communications, and website content for potential litigation risk
- Collaborates with other litigation team members and identifies process improvements
- Manages and leverages data to drive decisions and report on litigation and risks

Qualifications:
- Juris doctorate degree and active law license
- Experience in commercial and consumer litigation, specifically in the financial services industry
- Ability to quickly assess legal exposure and provide concise advice
- Self-starter with the ability to handle a caseload of complex matters
- Customer-focused and able to collaborate with others at all levels
- Skilled project manager and effective communicator
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Familiarity with PayPal and emerging payment technology is preferred
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is preferred

Legal Counsel - Litigation: A vital role in PayPal's Legal Team, this position requires an experienced and dynamic attorney to join its litigation team. The role involves coordinating and managing all aspects of litigation, working closely with fellow team members and internal stakeholders. The position is available in Omaha, Nebraska, Scottsdale, Arizona, and Austin, Texas, United States of America.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and perform all litigation activities in North America, including research, pleadings, motions, and appeals.
