About the Role:

Qualifications:
- Experience at a top law firm or in-house legal department.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
- USPTO registration and Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Strategic thinker with excellent drafting and organizational skills.
- Experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal training and advice on patent matters to internal stakeholders.
- Develop and implement long-term patent portfolio strategies.
- Review and manage patent works by outside counsel.
- Conduct strategic patent landscaping and analysis projects.
- Collaborate with global patent functions to establish best practices.
