Duties:

• Conduct client consultations to assess estate planning needs and objectives.
• Draft and review estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
• Develop personalized estate plans tailored to clients' unique circumstances and goals.
• Provide guidance on tax-efficient strategies for estate and wealth transfer planning.
• Handle probate and trust administration matters, including asset distribution and fiduciary duties.
• Conduct legal research on estate planning laws and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain detailed and organized client files and documentation.
• Represent clients in estate planning proceedings, including court appearances and negotiations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Arizona.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing estate planning law.
• Strong understanding of estate planning principles, strategies, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
