Duties:

  • Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on corporate legal matters.
  • Lead and manage corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
  • Draft and negotiate complex corporate agreements, including shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, and commercial contracts.
  • Collaborate with other practice areas within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience practicing corporate law, preferably within a reputable law firm.
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Colorado State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
  • A proven track record of managing a diverse portfolio of corporate clients and transactions.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand the commercial objectives of clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate leadership abilities and experience in mentoring junior attorneys.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Colorado State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.

Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of corporate law principles and practices.
