Are you a talented attorney with a passion for intellectual property? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and love working with new and innovative brands? Services LLC is currently seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel, Intellectual Property to join our growing team. With over 2 years of legal experience and a Juris Doctor degree, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of trademark, copyright, and domain name matters for multiple business segments within our product and content spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the clearance, prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement of our US and foreign trademark portfolio
- Provide legal counsel and guidance to teams on intellectual property matters
- Develop and implement intellectual property protection policies
- Educate and coach the business on trademark, copyright, and domain name issues
- Work closely with teams to protect their brands and intellectual property rights

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of legal experience
- Juris Doctor degree and membership in one state bar or equivalent
- Experience in private practice or in-house at a technology company or equivalent
- Experience in web services/cloud computing, software licensing, telecommunications or equivalent (preferred)

- Seattle, WA, USA

Salary Information:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $105,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $195,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
