Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute real estate projects for Northrop Grumman's worldwide portfolio
- Negotiate and document real estate transactions, including leases, appraisals, and title insurance
- Collaborate with legal counsel, facilities, and brokers to achieve business goals
- Continuously improve real estate processes to maintain a world-class function
- Lead a team and possess strong communication skills

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, economics, engineering, or related field with 15 years of experience OR Master's degree with 13 years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate contract negotiation
- Strong understanding of real estate financial analysis, market studies, and valuation
- Formal training in negotiation skills
- Experience with IBM Tririga real estate database is a plus
- MBA or JD Law with 8 years of detailed real estate lease contract negotiation experience
