Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Georgia or eligibility for admission by motion.
  • Have 2+ years of experience in product liability, medical malpractice, medical devices, and pharmaceutical litigation.
  • Strong understanding of civil procedure and evidence rules.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Certification in product liability or medical malpractice law (if applicable).
