  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice law in at least one state and registration to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
  • Experience practicing patent law.
  • Strong understanding of patent law principles and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Preferred:

  • Background in chemical/biochemical arts or electrical/physical arts.
  • Experience in medical devices.
  • Existing book of business or demonstrated ability to attract and retain clients.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to practice law in at least one state.
  • Registration to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
