A law firm in Falls Church, VA, is seeking an experienced Litigation Family Law Attorney to effectively manage family law cases, deliver superior customer service, and contribute to practice enhancement. The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctorate, 5+ years of litigation experience, and be licensed to practice law in Colorado.

Duties:

• Proactively manage family law cases from initiation to resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service by offering regular updates to clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
• Make recommendations for practice improvement to practice managers.
• Utilize practice quality software to track performance metrics, including accomplishments and client satisfaction.
• Serve as 1st chair in family law cases, demonstrating expertise and leadership.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• Successful completion of the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
• 5+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on family law.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
