The ideal candidate will be adept at handling court appearances, working under pressure, and providing excellent customer service to clients. They will play a key role in building client relationships while managing various legal tasks related to family law matters.

Duties:

• Handle family law cases, including court appearances, with professionalism and expertise.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Propound and respond to discovery requests.
• Correspond and communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.
• Make court appearances and represent clients in hearings and proceedings.
• Draft family law forms accurately and efficiently.
• Calculate Dissomaster Child and Spousal Support accurately.
• Assist senior attorneys in case preparation and strategy development.
• Conduct legal research and analysis as needed.

Requirements:

• . degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• Licensed by the State Bar of California.
• Experience in family law, including court appearances, is preferred.
• Strong writing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in legal documents.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• License to practice law in the State of California by the State Bar of California.
