Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Client Management Process to identify new business development opportunities
- Source new clients in alignment with the bank's risk appetite
- Deliver a Branded Client Experience and provide integrated recommendations for wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, and asset management
- Develop an in-depth understanding of clients’ needs and preferences and adapt to changes in the business environment
- Build relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence
- Encourage the use of digital capabilities to enhance the client and client team experience

Required Skills:

- 7+ years of experience managing relationships with high net worth clients or equivalent financial services/business experience
- Strong interpersonal and partnership skills
- Significant knowledge of banking and credit, with a general understanding of investments, trust, and wealth transfer
- Series 7, 63 and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) required; unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain licenses within 90 days of employment

Desired Skills:

- MBA or Post-Graduate Degree preferred
- CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM or JD a significant plus
