Bank of America is seeking a Private Client Advisor II in Scottsdale, Arizona to help drive Responsible Growth by acquiring new clients, deepening client relationships, and providing a Branded Client Experience. This position offers a competitive salary of $150,000 - $200,000 and requires a minimum of 12 years of private banking or complex financial services experience.

Responsibilities include leading the Client Management Process, sourcing new clients, and advocating for clients as their trusted advisor. The ideal candidate should have exceptional interpersonal skills, be a skilled negotiator, and have the ability to work collaboratively with team members and identify the need for team specialists. Additionally, a Series 7, 63, and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) license is required, or the willingness to obtain licenses within 90 days of starting the position.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Client Management Process to identify new business development opportunities
Source new clients in alignment with the bank's risk appetite
Deliver a Branded Client Experience by understanding clients’ needs, preferences, and overall wealth strategy
Act as a trusted advisor, providing integrated recommendations for wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, and asset management
Encourage the use of digital capabilities to enhance the client and client team experience
Build relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence

Qualifications:


Responsible for driving new business development for target client segment ($3MM++ investable assets)
A high touch, client-focused individual with exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to influence and close business
Solutions-oriented with strong sales and financial aptitude
Skilled negotiator and team player
Holds a leadership role on the team and within the business community
Series 7, 63 and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) licenses required (may gain licenses after start - unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date)

Desired Qualifications:

MBA or Post-Graduate Degree preferred
CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM or JD a significant plus
