Tax Transformation Manager - $235,170 to $103,320 annually

Job Location: Multiple locations available

Position Summary:
- Tax Transformation Manager role within Deloitte Tax focused on transforming client service delivery through people, process, and technology
- Opportunity to be part of an innovative team within Deloitte Tax that delivers value aligned with the Deloitte brand

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply agile and design thinking techniques to process analysis and design
- Collaborate with Tax professionals to identify pain points and deliver process improvement
- Manage business requirements and collaborate throughout technology delivery lifecycle
- Conduct user testing, business readiness assessments, and drive adoption through change management and communication
- Analyze feedback and develop action plans, decommission legacy systems, and provide project management support

The Team:
- Tax Transformation Office responsible for defining delivery standards and processes for Tax services and deploying technology to enable service delivery
- Team consists of professionals with backgrounds in Tax, Human Capital, Technology, and Quality Assurance
- Projects focus on process design and deployment, stakeholder analysis, and change management

Qualifications:
Required:

- 5+ years of client service experience in tax compliance areas such as Corporate, Investment Management, Operating Flow-Throughs, Individuals, Estates & Trusts, or Indirect Tax
- Active accreditation in one of the following: CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, or various technology certifications
- Ability to travel up to 25% for project work
- Strong communication, project management, and Excel skills

Preferred:
- 5+ years of digital transformation experience
- Agile delivery and design thinking experience
- Business process analysis and design experience
- End-to-end technology project delivery and training delivery experience
- Strong focus on deployment, adoption, and change management
- Experience in defining delivery standards and PMP or Agile certification
