Job Overview:

The Patent Agent will be responsible for drafting patent applications and other legal documents, coordinating with inventors and clients, conducting prior art searches, and staying updated with patent laws to assist clients effectively.

Duties:

  • Draft patent applications and legal documents throughout the patent prosecution process with the USPTO and foreign patent offices.
  • Take invention disclosures and facilitate communication with inventors and clients.
  • Conducted and analyzed results of prior art searches.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing clients as a first point of contact.
