The Litigation Associate Attorney will handle cases, develop legal strategies, and deliver comprehensive legal analysis and memoranda. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and be proactive in their approach to cases.

Duties:

• Take charge of assigned cases and actively participate in legal strategy development.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in litigation.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Admission to practice law in California.
• Previous experience in professional liability, medical malpractice, and general liability is preferred.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
