Epic Games is looking for a talented and passionate music licensing attorney to join our growing legal team. We are seeking someone with experience in media and entertainment to provide legal support and advice when working with record labels, publishers, and independent artists.

In this role, you will spearhead negotiations and implementation of complex and time-sensitive music license agreements. You will work closely with our business teams and external music clearance agents to ensure smooth licensing processes. Additionally, you will review, draft, and negotiate a high volume of master and publishing license agreements with record labels, publishers, and independent artists. You will also coordinate with outside counsel as needed and provide support to other Epic products and services.

We are looking for someone with 5-7 years of experience in music licensing, including negotiating agreements with external parties. You must be a qualified lawyer in the US, with strong initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of individuals and groups are also essential for success in this role.
