The candidate will conduct legal research, draft legal documents, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court. Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing litigation cases.
  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

  • Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Proven experience in litigation, preferably in a law firm setting.

Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

 

Experience:

Proven experience in litigation, preferably in a law firm setting.

 

Skills:
