Duties:

• Legal Representation:

  • Assist clients in family law cases, focusing on child custody, child support, spousal support, and ancillary issues.
  • Supervise and collaborate with attorneys on case strategies and execution.
  • Handle tasks such as drafting pleadings, and preparing for motions, depositions, and trials.

• Legal Research:

  • Conduct legal research to stay current on family law developments.
  • Analyze case law and statutes relevant to ongoing cases.

• Client Interaction:

  • Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide legal advice.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure effective communication.

• Court Appearances:

  • Represent clients in family court proceedings.
  • Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.

• Case Management:

  • Manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Monitor case developments and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bar Admission:

  • Must be admitted to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in family law practice.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
