  • Offer strategic legal advice to clients on intricate tax issues.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis.
  • Draft and review a variety of legal documents, including petitions, motions, and briefs.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to develop effective case strategies.
  • Attend and participate in tax court hearings and proceedings.
  • Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Maintain meticulous and accurate case records.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) and LLM in Taxation are required.
  • Licensed to practice in the State Bar.
  • 8-10 years of experience in tax litigation.
  • Mandatory tax court experience.
  • Strong academic record and analytical skills.
