A law firm located in Greenwood Village, CO, is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in insurance law.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients on matters related to insurance coverage.
• Analyze insurance policies and contracts to determine coverage rights and obligations.
• Evaluate insurance claims and advise clients on potential coverage disputes.
• Draft coverage opinions, demand letters, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
• Conduct legal research on insurance laws, regulations, and precedents.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, insurance professionals, and experts to develop case strategies.
• Stay updated on developments in insurance law and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Colorado.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing insurance law.
• Demonstrated expertise in insurance coverage matters.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Litigation experience is preferred but not required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
