Job Details:

Duties:

  • Responsible for handling foreclosure matters for the firm.
  • Utilize legal knowledge and experience to facilitate the foreclosure process on behalf of clients.
  • Preparation, review, and approval of foreclosure-related pleadings.
  • Handle all aspects of foreclosure matters, including contested foreclosures.
  • Participation in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, and in-person hearings.
  • Regular client meetings/updates.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate.
  • Dually barred in DC/MD and in good standing.
  • Willingness for routine travel for court attendances within the state of Maryland.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload.
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effectively communicates with all clients (via client systems, e-mail, and phone).
  • Provides exceptional client service.
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
  • Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management, and attendance.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, capable of working at a fast pace and multitasking.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate.

Certifications:

  • Dually barred in DC/MD and in good standing.
