Staff Real Estate Specialist

Job Title: Staff Real Estate Specialist
Experience: Bachelor's degree with at least 15 years of experience OR Master's degree with at least 13 years of experience
Salary Range: $123, - $185,
Location: Virtual position with potential travel of 10%

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute real estate projects for Northrop Grumman’s worldwide real estate portfolio
- Negotiate and document leases, appraisals, title insurance issues, site surveys, environmental site assessments, and other due diligence materials
- Work with legal counsel, facilities, and brokers to outline business goals and recommend business terms
- Engage in continuous process improvement efforts to enhance corporate real estate function
- Lead and manage a team, with strong communication and collaboration skills

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, economics, engineering, business law or related discipline with at least 15 years commercial and industrial real estate contract negotiation experience OR Master's degree in real estate, business, economics, engineering, business law or related discipline with at least 13 years commercial and industrial real estate contract negotiation experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- Background in real estate financial/investment analysis, market studies, scenario modeling, real property valuation
- Formal training in negotiation skills
- IBM Tririga real estate database skills
- MBA or JD Law with 8 years detailed real estate lease contract negotiation experience
