• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Take and defend depositions
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients

Requirements:

• 5-20 years of experience in complex business litigation
• Admission to the California Bar or eligibility for immediate licensure
• Excellent understanding of civil procedure
• Proficiency in taking and defending depositions
• Courtroom experience
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Ability to manage complex e-discovery processes
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
