Alexandria office of our client seeks a civil litigation associate attorney with 3+ years of experience in case management, court appearances, depositions and motion practice. The candidate should have similar experience working on sophisticated, complex litigation matters. Substantive experience with some or all of writing briefs, conducting discovery, presenting witnesses for depositions, taking depositions, working with expert witnesses, and arguing motions in court is essential. The firm wants candidates who are good fits for long-term relationships. Candidates may work in Alexandria or Richmond. Maryland bar admission is a priority. Virginia and DC bar admissions are a plus. Busy firm. Salary + discretionary bonus.
