Richmond office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 1-5 years of legal experience in divorce and family law in Virginia. The candidate will have opportunities to go to court in Circuit and Juvenile Courts. Will be drafting settlement agreements and other contracts. Drafting pleadings for litigation, including discovery requests and responses. Assist the clients in many different methods of dispute resolution, including Litigation, Negotiation, Collaborative Law, and Mediation. Must have Virginia State Bar License in good standing.
