Job Overview:

• Strong experience in employment litigation, particularly wage and hour class actions and PAGA matters.
• Broad understanding of federal and California employment laws.
• Experience in consumer class actions is a plus.

Duties:

• Handle employment litigation cases, including wage and hour class actions and PAGA matters.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and case workup.
• Draft motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Take and defend depositions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in class and representative action lawsuits.
• California Bar license.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• License to practice law in California.

Skills:

• Excellent writing skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to produce high-quality work with minimal supervision.
