Duties:

  • Admission to the State Bar of California.
  • 3-5 years of experience practicing law, preferably focusing on securities/FINRA work and professional liability defense.
  • Proven experience in civil litigation, including courtroom appearances and trial preparation.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications:
