Duties:

• Manage and oversee employment defense litigation cases from initiation to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediation.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to develop case strategies.
• Maintain excellent case management, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
• Handle multiple matters simultaneously, balancing priorities effectively.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
• Excellent research, writing, and case management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple matters concurrently.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in California.
