Job Overview: The Corporate Associate Attorney will handle various corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and private equity deals. Duties:

• Conducting legal research and analysis related to corporate transactions.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and transactional documents.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
