Duties:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and management.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of commercial litigation experience, focusing on Higher Education.
• Previous experience in Higher Education is a plus.
• Strong desire to specialize in the Higher Education practice area.
• Excellent academic background with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Delaware State Bar.
