Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex commercial litigation matters.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents for federal court proceedings.
  • Participate in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
  • Provide strategic guidance and advice to clients on litigation matters.
  • Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients to develop case strategies.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings.
  • Assist in managing and coordinating large-scale electronic discovery projects.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
  • Keep abreast of developments in the law and legal trends relevant to litigation practice.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and professional responsibility obligations.

 

Requirements:

  • Valid law license, with preference given to candidates with a federal clerkship background.
  • 2-10 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
  • Distinguished academic record and superior writing and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience in Electronic Discovery and federal court writing is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Valid law license.
