Raleigh office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an attorney with 5+ years of relevant law firm experience on fund matters and/or Mergers and Acquisitions transactional matters. The candidate should have relevant law firm experience to assist firms' institutional clients with Fund commitments, including review of LPAs and negotiation of side letters and other customary documentation; Sponsor-side fund formation and LP-facing work; Equity and debt co-investments in transactions led by third-party sponsors; Includes both structuring of firms clients? investments (formation of entities, etc.) and negotiation of governance and economic rights with sponsor and its advisors; Direct investments in operating entities, including both debt and equity. NC Bar admission preferred.
