A law firm is currently seeking a Healthcare Litigation Associate Attorney for their Wilmington, DE, office. An attorney will be responsible for managing cases and engaging directly with clients. The role requires a Delaware license (a Pennsylvania license is a plus) and experience in healthcare litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, long-term care, or other relevant areas of litigation involving the assessment of medical issues. The candidate should have practical experience in taking depositions, the ability to strategize, plan, and prepare for depositions, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients. Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills are essential.

Duties:

• Manage healthcare litigation cases.
• Engage directly with clients.
• Utilize practical experience in taking depositions.
• Assess medical issues in cases related to medical malpractice, personal injury, long-term care, or other relevant areas of litigation.
• Strategize, plan, and prepare for depositions.
• Effectively communicate and interact with clients.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

• Delaware license required (Pennsylvania license a plus).
• Experience in healthcare litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, long-term care, or related areas.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Delaware license (Pennsylvania license a plus).
