A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a highly qualified Machine Learning Technology Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting patent applications, corresponding with patent offices, advising patent litigation teams, and conducting interviews with inventors. The role requires a strong background in either Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, along with extensive experience in Machine Learning, including neural networks and deep learning algorithms.

Job Details:

• Draft patent applications for innovative clients, providing detailed descriptions and figures.
• Correspond with patent offices regarding pending patent applications, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
• Advise patent litigation teams based on technical and scientific expertise, contributing valuable insights to legal strategies.
• Conduct interviews with inventors to gather information about new ideas and inventions.

Requirements:

• Possess a strong background in either Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• Extensive experience in Machine Learning, including practical implementation of neural networks (NN) and deep learning algorithms.
• Hold an advanced degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience.

Skills:

• Superior writing skills with excellent academic credentials.
• Registration before the . Patent & Trademark Office is preferred.
• Proficient in the implementation of Machine Learning and Neural Network concepts in hardware.

Education:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Certifications:
