- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and business teams to implement regulatory changes and respond to inquiries.
- Resolve disputes with technology vendors and suppliers.
- Update and train internal clients on relevant legal developments.
- Structure collaborative alliances with academic institutions, governments, and industry partners.
- Partner with business, regulatory, and government relations stakeholders to engage and guide global regulatory and industry policy related to technology.
- Offer strategic advice to internal clients that balances business objectives and legal risk.

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing of at least one state bar.
- At least 7 years of experience at a law firm and/or in-house legal department of a government agency, technology company, or bank or other financial services company.
- Deep understanding and strong interest in technology with a commitment to continual learning.
- Strong command of laws and regulations related to technology in the financial services industry.
- Experience drafting, negotiating, and providing guidance on a wide range of agreements related to technology products and services.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to evaluate risk effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple issues and work collaboratively with personnel at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex legal concepts in a clear and practical manner.
