# Tax Manager - Denver Metro

## Job Overview
Company is looking for a Tax Manager to join their team in Denver Metro. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in public accounting, preferably with a focus in taxes for private equity companies, partnerships, and/or LLCs. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and CPA or Bar License.

## Responsibilities
* Participate in client engagements from the beginning to completion - including planning, executing, and completing tax projects
* Review returns for partnership, corporate and foreign tax clients, including federal, foreign, state and local tax returns, estimated payments and extensions, and Federal and State tax audits
* Tax research, consultation and preparation of client memorandum
* Develop ideas to assist clients with operational and control opportunities
* Work to develop relationships with clients, including involvement in networking and business development activities

## Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
* 5+ years recent experience in public accounting
* CPA or Bar License Required
* Strong technical skills specifically with public accounting with a focus in taxes for private equity companies, partnerships, and/or LLCs
* This position may require some local and national travel (note: currently no firm travel)
