Duties:

• Prepare and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Navigate complex legal processes efficiently and effectively, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to deliver exceptional client service and achieve firm objectives.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed North Carolina attorney with at least 2 years of recent experience in estate planning, probate, and estate and trust administration.
• Demonstrated expertise in simplifying complex legal concepts for families.
• Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar.
