Job Description:
- Provide corporate, partnership, and individual tax services
- Devise, plan, and execute tax strategies
- Prepare and review tax returns for various entities
- Build relationships with existing clients and participate in networking and business development activities
- Provide leadership and supervision to Tax Staff

Salary Information:
- Compensation range for Washington: $76,000 - $104,000
- Actual pay may vary based on internal equity, knowledge, experience, skillset, and location
- Position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required; Master of Tax preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Previous experience in a public accounting firm preferred
- CPA or licensed attorney preferred; must meet educational requirements to obtain license
- Proficient in corporate, partnership, and individual taxation
- Ability to travel to client locations and manage multiple engagements
- Creative problem-solving and research skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
