The ideal candidate will have prior real estate and/or eminent domain/inverse condemnation experience, with proficiency in drafting motions and discovery, attending court appearances, and taking depositions. Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills are required.

 

Duties:

  • Handle eminent domain and general litigation matters.
  • Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
  • Attend court appearances and participate in hearings.
  • Take and defend depositions.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients.
  • Collaborate with partners, associates, and legal staff on case matters.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of general litigation experience.
  • Prior real estate and/or eminent domain/inverse condemnation experience preferred.
  • Experience drafting motions and discovery, attending court appearances, and taking depositions.
  • Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the State Bar of California or eligibility for admission.
