Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a lawyer
- Entertainment experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
- Support ad supported offering by drafting and negotiating contracts, media terms, and upfronts
- In-depth experience with advertising clients and a passion for practical dealmaking
- Partner with Ads Policy and navigate regulated industries and evolving advertising landscape
- Collaborate with internal clients and cross functional partners
- Opportunity for mid-level attorney to join growing Advertising Legal & Policy team
